No two weddings use the barn the same way, and the honest number depends on your date, your guest count, and what you add to the base rental. What we can tell you is exactly what's included and exactly what the common add-ons cost, so the call with us is about your date, not a surprise.

What's included
Every rental starts from the same list.
This is what comes with the barn before you add anything else. Nothing here is an upsell, it's what every couple who books the venue gets.
The barn itself
Indoor and outdoor ceremony sites, and the barn's 60 foot clear span for your reception.
6 hours of event time
Access to the spaces from 10:00 AM, with the option to extend the night for a $1,000 upgrade.
Tables and chairs for 300
Hand-crafted farmhouse tables, 72 inch round tables, wooden X back chairs, and white folding chairs for an outdoor ceremony.
Whiskey barrels
Set around the property for signage, drinks, and decor.
Indoor and outdoor bar
Bring your own alcohol, served by a T.A.B.C. licensed bartender through your caterer.
Bridal suite
A private space to get ready, with the groom suite separate.
A day of coordinator
Someone from Beckendorff Farms runs the day itself, so you don't have to.
Exclusive engagement and bridal sessions
Booked couples can use the property for their engagement and bridal photos. Weekday sessions are booked through Paige.
